Very few big trout waters, but more wild and native trout than you can shake a stick at.  If you ever had a hankering to catch a native southern strain brook trout I can point you in the right direction.  Also, as I&amp;#39;m sure you know, Asheville is an incredible beer town.  Jack of the Wood and the Thirsty Monk are right across the street from one another and both excellent.
